TDP series 1000 - Specialized mulcher for pruning shoots

Triturator TDP series 1000 are equipped with two hydraulic pickups for lifting pruning shoots from the ground. Suitable for tractors ranging from 70 to 150 hp, they can be applied to the front, to the rear of the tractors and on reverse-drive tractors by simply changing the position of the drawbar. Having a particularly sturdy construction, the TDP series 1000 features is the XP rotor, for homogeneous, fine chopping that facilitates work on large windrows. A special feature of the XP rotor are the toothed supports that carry the knife pins and are welded to the rotor tube trailing a double helix. While shredding large windrows or big diameter branches, when the movable knives recoil back due to the blows received, the toothed supports make up for the momentary absence of the knives cut by working themselves as fixed knives on the wood. Thanks to these features TDP series 1000 can finely shred voluminous swaths of large diameter branches in just one pass with high speeds and productivity.
