FederUnacoma S.u.r.l. is the controller of your personal data ("FederUnacoma" or "We").

2. WHAT IS THE PERSONAL DATA? WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

"Personal Data" means information capable of identifying, directly or indirectly, a natural person, in this case, you who are browsing the Website ("Data").

In particular, FederUnacoma processes the following data:

  • Navigation Data: the Site's computer systems collect certain Personal Data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These include IP addresses, the URL used, browsing data, your user name and password, browsing history.
    These data, which are necessary for the use of the Website, are processed for the sole purpose of monitoring the correct functioning of the Services offered as well as for security reasons and to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Website or of you.
  • Data provided voluntarily: through the Website you have the opportunity to voluntarily provide your Personal Data in order to access the reserved area or through the completion and submission of specific forms on the Website, which entail the acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary in order to reply to your requests, as well as any other personal data included in the requests you submit.

  • Cookies and related technologies: FederUnacoma collects Personal Data through cookies in order to personalise the experience, improve navigation, analyse the use and efficiency of services and offer commercial information. 3. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

The release of the User's navigation data is necessary for the purposes related to the operation of the Site and access to the Site, which may be precluded in the absence of such data.

This data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6 subpar. f of the GDPR and Recital 47) and is aimed at enabling the operation of the site and the provision of the browsing service on the platform, as well as monitoring the proper functioning of the services offered.

In other cases, the processing of the User's data may be necessary in order to provide the services requested by means of the forms provided for that purpose on the Site, which would otherwise not be available. This data processing is based on the fulfilment of a contract, i.e. to comply with your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Specific privacy notices are, however, set out or displayed in the sections of the Site set up for specific services at the User's request.

In any case, the user is free to decide whether or not to request the specific services available within the sections of the Site dedicated to this purpose, and the provision of data remains optional for these purposes.

However, failure to provide the data will not make it possible for the user to activate these services.

4. TO WHOM DO WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA?

As an integral part of the processing activities, your Data may be communicated to companies, specifically appointed as Data Supervisors by the Data Controller, which provide IT services and carry out, on behalf of FederUnacoma, maintenance, optimisation, management and development of the website functions. The list of Data Supervisors is updated by the Data Controller and is available for consultation at privacy@federunacoma.it.

5. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?

This website and its database are hosted on a virtual server, physically allocated on eLogic srl hardware (www.elogic.it) located in the "DATA4 - Smart Datacenters at Scale" server farm (www.data4group.com) in Milan, Italy. The server is accessible by authorized Smart srl personnel.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The personal data collected through the use of the Site are processed for the time strictly necessary to provide the services requested, and, once this time has expired, for the time period established by the regulations in force for administrative and, if necessary, defence purposes.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

You, as a data subject, have the right to:

  • access to and request copies of your data;
  • request the rectification or updating of your Data, if inaccurate or incomplete;
  • request, under certain circumstances, the deletion of the Data relating to you or the restriction of the processing of your Data;
  • request data portability;
  • object, under certain circumstances, to the processing of your data.

Finally, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority concerning the processing of your data.
