From October 10 to 13, 2019, Bari hosts "Agrilevante", the International exhibition of machinery, systems and technologies for the agricultural production chain, the most important of the exhibitions dedicated to the primary sector that take place throughout the Mediterranean basin.
This specialized and professional exhibition occupies a surface of 50 thousand square metres and hosts over 300 companies to cover 6 production chains (Grain supply chain, No Food Crop Energy supply chain, Olive Oil supply chain, Fruit and vegetable supply chain, Winemaking supply chain and Livestock supply chain).
The event offers visitors (who were about 70,700 at the 2017 edition, with over 40 accredited foreign delegations) a complete landscape of effective solutions for the entire production cycle: from the processing and preparation of the soil to sowing, from irrigation to treatments, as well as harvesting, transport and first processing of the products. There are also the non-food supply chains, such as those for raw materials for industry and energy.
The event is particularly focused on typical Mediterranean crops, for which the mechanization industry is able to offer a very wide and technologically advanced range of vehicles and equipment.
