A brand-new concept, the new Orizzonti TRD500 vineyard leaf remover features a key feature to ensure exceptional work quality and speed: the new electronic automatic positioning system. The TRD500 leaf remover consists of a suction head that can be tilted up to 180°, with a pair of rollers for suctioning leaves from the vineyard. These rollers can be adjusted according to the season, and a joystick-adjustable frame for the machine's various movements. Its true strength is the new positioning system, which, thanks to a logic developed by Orizzonti, allows the operator to adjust the positioning of the rollers to the row via a control screen that can always be mounted on the tractor, avoiding damage to the bunches of grapes and protecting the plant itself. It requires 35-40 liters/min from the tractor, with an additional oil tank available if needed
