Technology and new markets, the strong Agrilevante benchmark

The Agrilevante international exposition dedicated to new technologies for agriculture and the agro-industry opened in Bari. The Puglia Regional Commissioner for Agriculture, Leonardo Di Gioia, Fiera del Levante President Ugo Patroni Griffi and the FederUnacoma president, Massimo Goldoni, were on hand for the inaugural ceremony for the exhibition event in steady growth, with a focus on the worlds of agriculture and biodiversity as well as multifunctional farming and groundskeeping.

Agricultural machinery: Mediterranean area market growing

A Nomisma/FederUnacoma market survey on tractors and implements in the countries around the Mediterranean region was presented at Agrilevante. Agricultural machinery imports showed net growth in 2014 and the first half of 2015. The Italian industry is playing a leading role in market shares in a number of companies but imports from such emerging countries as China and India are carrying increasing weight.

The M.i.A Salon: multifunctional agriculture and innovation

Agrilevante has assigned an area to activities complementary to agriculture and the maintenance of public and private greenert. One of the new features for the 2015 edition are the Vivaio 2.0, Greenhouse 2.0 to access by smartphone, and the Biodiversity Park created for the Milan EXPO Universal Exposition.

From RDPs to biodiversity: the Agrilevante agenda

A heavy schedule of conferences, seminars and workshops set up by universities, other entities, institutions and publishing houses will accompany the duration of Agrilevante for analyses, thorough study and times for comparisons on the major issues of interest and the current state of affairs in agriculture and mechanical engineering in the sector.

Agrilevante: a formula for success

The 2015 edition of Agrilevante was unveiled this morning at the Fiera del Levante. The presidents of the entities organizing the event and the commissioner of agriculture of the Puglia Region underscored the importance of the trade fair and the positive Agrilevante balance sheet focusing on the Mediterranean region and this year reaching a record for area allocated and the number of exhibitors arriving.

Agrilevante: heading towards a record edition

Less than two months ahead of the opening, the international review of mechanization and technologies for Mediterranean agriculture is reporting gains over the previous edition for the area committed and exhibitors arriving. Also evident is the international calibration of the event, organized by FederUnacoma and the Levante Trade Fair Agency, with delegations of business people and political figures coming from a number of countries around Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and North and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Agrilevante 2015: an expanding trade fair

The exhibition of mechanization and technologies for the Mediterranean agriculture will host operators and official delegations from over 20 countries and will be held in Bari from October 15 to 18, 2015. After the record numbers of the 2013 edition, the exhibition expands its sphere of influence, confirming to be a reference point for Southern Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans.
